This project begins with a very specific question:

how do you introduce real nature into a residential setting without turning it into either decoration or a maintenance problem?

The answer was to work through form, rhythm and calm.

Organic planting beds soften the geometry of the building, Mediterranean low-water planting brings resilience, and the shared space is clearly defined: to walk through, to sit, to pass, to inhabit.

Here, greenery does not invade or get in the way. It brings order.

The curves guide movement, the planted volumes create privacy, and the selected species ensure stability, durability and an aesthetic evolution that remains coherent over time.

At Sumo Detalle, we understand communal spaces as places of emotional transition. They are neither private gardens nor public squares, yet they shape the mood of those who move through them every day. That is why this design does not seek immediate impact, but lasting balance.

A garden that does not demand constant attention.

A landscape that accompanies without imposing itself.

A clear example of how thoughtful detail improves everyday life without anyone needing to explain it.

When a space is well resolved, it simply works.
